Fully embedded insurance to boost and support dynamic pricing at the new Silvretta Therme

At the end of February 2023, Austria got a new relaxing highlight, as the Silvretta Therme Ischgl opened in the beautiful alpine backdrop of Ischgl, Tyrol.

The thermal spa offers spectacular highlights – from a heated outdoor panorama pool to the ice skating rink around the building, but also culinary indulgences.

 The newly opened Silvretta Therme in Tyrolian Ischgl uses dynamic pricing to make sure that guests booking their tickets online always get the best prices possible. The innovative booking system is based on an algorithm, taking factors such as weekday, weather forecast, high or low season and the booking date into account when calculating the price. 

The general rule that can be applied is that guests booking their ticket online early, will get their admission significantly cheaper. The later you book, the higher the prices will be. 

By controlling the price via demand, the occupancy rate at Silvretta Therme Ischgl is optimized in the most optimal way. This makes the visit in low seasons and during the week more attractive. The goal with the dynamic pricing module is to offer every visitor the best possible experience.

To make the decision to book a ticket for the thermal baths in advance easier, Silvretta Therme Ischgl turned to bsurance to add a fully embedded cancellation insurance to the ticket. The insurance is integrated into the ticket price and visitors can book their spa time worry-free.
